Can someone please tell me why I get an error message when trying to watch an active recording on my iPad/iPhone on the Bluesky app that says I need to be on ‘home wifi’ to watch. All my devices are on the same home wifi and I still get this message.

@Durell787 @DarthVader Recordings are unable to be played back in the BlueCurve TV mobile or web apps prior to the completion of the recording. If you wish to start a program from the beginning while it's still recording, you would need to watch on your set-top box instead of on your mobile device.
That is really lame and with today’s technology it should not happen. Please fix this ASAP!

I doubt that this is "fixable". Instead, I think that it is a deliberate policy by Shaw -- "working as designed".
