some program descriptions on BlueCurve show "..." at the end, when the description is larger than the space provided. Please provide a way to see the rest of the description.

that's what I was looking for! The Shaw chat line was unable to supply that answer. (in fairness, it wasn't the primary reason I contacted the chat line, and I hadn't spent a lot of time trying to look it up.)
