Is that channel included in your TV subscription?
If so, then contact Shaw (currently, online chat is given priority over telephone) and ask them to "refresh" something, so that when FoxNews tries to authenticate your ID to your Shaw account, it will be validated.

If you use your keyboard to enter the values, instead of pasting them, does it "ungrey" that button?

Agreed that until this issue is completely resolved properly that there should be a reduction in the cost of our bill
What happens when you try to login? I am not having any issues with the app on iOS.
I’m currently having this issue with a recent setup of Shaw basic channels. I’ve tried to delete the app and reinstall on my AppleTV and my iPhone but it will not allow me to sign in. Any suggestions?

One suggestion previously made in this thread: completely power-off your devices (AppleTV and iPhone), and then power-on, and try again.
Where are you trying to sign in? Global's web-site?
What error-message do you get when you try to sign in?
