@CubevanJames Glad you were able to get another call booked. The gateway is a very good system, but the setup is a bit more complex. The technician should be checking connectors and splitters all the way back to to the pole or tub. Let us know how it goes.

Hockey on 23 is almost unwatchable.
Commercial companies should be pissed their paid for advertising is also corrupted...
The fact is they cannot fix issues permanently. I’ve had recurring issues with freezing over the years. The issues are ALWAYS Shaw’s. Period They’ve worked both inside and outside of my house to no avail. I am considering ditching TV and going with Internet only.
