Ignite tv SUCKS!!! I want to go back to to what I had. I didn’t ask for this and now I’m forced to have it. Not even given other options. This is awful product. Even the remote control is terrible.
Agreed. Somewhere along the line after several weeks, the quality of my signal improved. I wonder if my weeks of complaining had anything to do with that. I know they could change a Quality of Service metric to fix this.
Now I just have to deal with the awful remote and worst interface I've ever seen. Is there no way to default this dumb thing to just show me the channels I actually get?

The "Guide" within my older Gateway HDPVR has an option to individually "hide" channels.
I don't know if the latest TV boxes have a similar capability.

Yes, until the next time you scroll through channels...then you have to select it again. Every time. Why can you not set that as a default? Just because they want to sell you more channels?
My TV is now just a monitor for a bad wifi system. There is no steady TV feed. There are lags. Jumping ahead or fast forwarding sort of does so. No hard copy on PVR means that all these flaws occur for recordings, too.
