Issues With On-Demand TV Services Thur BlueCurve

For the last 2-3 weeks, I have been able to access on-demand TV services through BlueCurve on my windows PC and Chromebook.  The guide loads, and I can see the channel list, but when I click on "watch", the system just hangs (3 blinking dots).  On the Chromebook I get the message "Playback Issue :: 2111" through the app and Error message "9000.15127" when I try and load the services through the Browser.

Anyone have any suggestions?
