Many HD Channels not available

Hi, I am located in Saskatoon Silverwood area, and for several days many of the our HD channels are not available, or are very pixelated.  I have reset all the boxes and server a number of times, as well as checked our connections and they are tight and clean.  Is this affecting the entire neighborhood?

Have you looked at Shaw's OUTAGES in your province? Anything applicable?
