I am extremely frustrated with the merger. I just had changed from Gateway to Blue Curve and almost immediately after the merger some channels started pixelating, some to where it was unwatchable. After contacting Shaw they said you'll have to now upgrade again to Ignite to stop that. Funny how that worked??? Ordered the replacement equipment and first shipment missing 2 of the Ignite boxes. Contacted them about this and instead of just sending the 2 boxes only the agent shuts down the internet and all the boxes and tells me to install them all which I didn't want to do at that moment. Lost all contact with him because of this. I then contact them again about the 2 boxes I am still missing to see if they were sent. New agent tells me that the order was cancelled for some reason and puts in a new order. Next day I receive 2 boxes and the day after I receive another 2 boxes. Now Shaw expects me to get in my car wasting gas and drive to a post office and stand in line wasting my time for a mistake they made so much for a deal. This is unacceptable. I had switched to Shaw for my Cellphone because I hated their service then and this has done nothing to change my mind. I am seriously considering switching to someone else since I have a few days to be able to cancel free of charge.
