As previous person posted, most channels show "NOT SUBSCRIBED" message. Would appreciate info post from Shaw.

time to switch tom a more responsive provider
Same here. 95% of my channels say "Not Subscribed". For the last two days, NBC Spokane was saying that and I was going to contact Shaw this morning and now all of the other channels have the same issue.
@Jay22 in another post, suggested logging in to my.shaw.ca, under manage tv, hit “refresh my channel listings”
I refreshed my channel listings on my Shaw online account and now all channels are working.
