So I signed up with shaw on the blue sky equipment back last week and really the only odd issue I have is that the weather network HD feed is actually identical to the SD feed .. I happen to know that they look a fair bit different, worked fine on Telus , even worked fine when I had blue sky back in Vic .. Now that I have moved to New West and signed up again I get this and no one seems to be able to tell me why I'm told this has been escalated to the Network Ops team however there has been zero feed back , not even a gee sorry don't know why it doesn't work
The box has been rebooted serveral times as well with no resolution
