I'm getting one (Comedy Channel), maybe another channel, on the occasion that gets all jumbled up. I did the usual, unplug, wait, and plug back in. The results are the same. Any suggestions? I'm on Vancouver Island (Duncan)

I managed to talk to another technician today (Saturday morning). He got it all fixed up for me.
You don’t say which cable box you have, but give Shaw a call so they can troubleshoot. It is likely a signal issue.
I always forget one thing. IT's that standard HD box. But, I guess you're right. I'll have to give them a call and let them figure it out. Thanks
UPDATE. I contacted the technicians. I basically got a "we know that is happening" response. Since then, it's gotten worse.
