I have the Gateway HD TV package. I want to set up the football games on Sunday to tape on PVR and I can't. The onscreen guide stops at 5 p.m. on Saturday. Why is this and when will it be fixed?
Has the PVR very recently rebooted itself? (Power spike? Reboot after downloading updated firmware?)
If so, it will take 30 to 60 minutes to fully reload the information in the Guide, to replace the "to be announced" text.
@WW-2 Incomplete guide information can be caused by a recent reboot of the equipment as mentioned by @mdk however, if your equipment has not recently rebooted, you may also resolve this by unplugging the power from the main gateway for 10-15 seconds, then plugging it back in and allowing it to re-download the guide information.
