@biglar -- some web-browsers, and some "smart" TVs can wirelessly "cast" what you see on your laptop onto the TV's screen, to give you a big picture.
It is doubtful that any Rogers/Shaw employee is viewing the posts on this peer-to-peer discussion forum, and have the authority to post a public response to your "why not" question.
