My husband leaves tv on station when he picks me up. We just rewind tv to beginning of show. Might be 20 minutes when we rewind. I try to pause. It stays paused for 2 to 3 seconds. I tried to rewind again but it seems to skip forward. We have cordless tv. Recently just switched boxes so we could use in bedroom. Never had issues before.
Welcome to Bluecurve TV. Many of the Gateway features you were used to don't exist. I wish they would have told us about this before switching.
I wish they would have done the same....informed us of the changes so we could make a choice between providers ??? It's the old bait and switch game still being played but doesn't surprise me as this is a company only concerned about profits!!!
Whenever I used to call Shaw.....once every 3 years, I might add.... They fixed my service issues !
Now I get to talk to someone for me to solve the issues ! Thanks for nothing ROGERS !
