It would be nice if your customer service people would know that the feature is not available before they get us to swap our (much loved) Gateways for Bluecurve. It’s incomprehensible that Shaw would have the good sense to include such a useful feature in Gateway and then leave it out of the more cloud friendly Bluecurve. Your customer service was always average at best, but it’s really awful now.
I had this when I was on Shaw Galaxy but when I switched to Blucurv it disappeared. Very frustrating since it could be done on old equipment.
