Remotely program Cloud PVR on Blue Curve

How do I program recordings on Blue Curve TV Cloud PVR when I am not at home?

Do you have the Shaw app on your mobile device? Can adding a recording be done via that interface?

Press the SHAW button on your remote, then select tbe search symbol at the fat left of the screen. The type in the name of the show (or at least first few letters until it appears on the screen). Select the show and press OK. Then select Record and your recording options will come up.

I think you misunderstood my question. I want to program the recording to happen when I am NOT at home, so want to set a recording on my mobile device.

@Fireguard The BlueCurve TV app does not allow you to set a recording when you are away from home, you would need to create your recordings on your set top box.

Every other cable service that uses this same technology (Videotron, Rogers Ignite, Xfinity,) all have this feature on their Apps. Shaw is behind as usual. Heck, those other companies even have a newer sleaker remote control. Come on Shaw...keep up with it

I want to add to this that the old Shaw Gateway system allowed recording from the app.  Is this feature being worked on?  Please Shaw this is a major missing feature and really makes the entire system a deterioration from others’

I totally second this request.  This is a must have. Hopefully the feature will be instituted soon
