Rogers bought shaw out do i newd to get a rogers box now

Now that rogers bought shaw out do I need to get a rogers box to still have cable service. It is October 23 2023 and my cable is not working and I am in the 194 street and 64 Ave area of surrey. What is going on?

@MG1607 Contact Rogers. You don’t need to change cable boxes.

There was a scheduled outage before dawn on October 26. Note that "resolved" outages soon disappear from the "Outages" site.

If your cable is not working, contact Shaw Support [1-888-472-2222] for them to trouble-shoot.
