Service issues

Have had Bluecurve TV for a month now and really regret switching from Gateway. The video pixelates constantly and the sound cuts in and out every few seconds! I don’t think it is unreasonable to expect that I should be able to watch at least one program without these issues. I am seriously considering paying the penalty and canceling the service outright. 😡

Hi @Terrie19  as mentioned in the other post of this similar nature, another poster has mentioned that he contacted Shaw Directly and they know about the issues it seems to be wide spread, they say they are investigating but no eta at this time. Hope this helps you.  Stay Safe
