Shaw Blue Curve

I have  a Samsung TV and a Pioneer Receiver and I can't get the TV to play through the receiver with Shaw Blue Curve

I have tried export mode withe the Shaw remote

I have the Cable box and the receiver hooked up to the TV with HDMI

The receiver in ARC

When I go to sound output on the TV sometimes I get the AV. receiver option it disappears and then sometimes I don't get the receiver option at all

Very frustrating

I have the same problem and have spent thousands on sound surround receiver and speakers and appear not to be able to use any of it with my TV. Worked just fine a week ago on my old Shaw cable box. Tech coming on Wednesday. If they can’t give me a solution I will request my old shaw equipment hooked up again ( which I still fortunately have )
