Shaw cancel my TV channel517 518 with no reason.I phoned Shaw he said I cancel it.then hand up on me

Hi, maybe try calling them back and calmly explain that you did not authorize those changes and ask them when, and how this was accomplished without your permission.  Could someone in your household have done it?  Hope you get it worked out

Those are Fairchild channels on the non BlueCurve channel lineup, just ask Shaw to put them back.

You previously were paying a few extra dollars per month for those specific channels, before they were cancelled. Go online to My Shaw, to see, on your previous Shaw Bill(s),  how much you were being charged (also add PST/GST). On that site, also check "Transactions" to see on what date that they were removed.
