I get a message unable to load...for 5 days now...and no help from shaw...guess it's nor a priority right now
@lstefanucci @Cathy121 @whatt Try rebooting your cable box by disconnecting the power for 15-30 seconds, then plugging it back in. Once plugged back in, give it 15-20 minutes to re-sync all settings, then try to view a program on demand again. If you are still seeing the same error, get in touch with our technical support team here, so they can run some additional diagnostics.
I just got this service roughly five days ago and haven't been able to access On Demand yet, I keep getting this error code as well, tried resetting and establishing a network connection. My Shaw app does not work either.
I told someone on msnger, he told me I had to subscribe to it. I just stayed in a motel, On Demsnd is FREE

I wonder if all bets are off if you are trying to use the motel's Shaw account, rather than your own Shaw account, in your own home.
Or, are you saying that Shaw On Demand worked in the motel, but it does not work on your own account? In that case, read some of the older posts, which said to contact Shaw, to get them to "flip a switch" on your home account.
I'm not getting an error message, but when I try to access a show, it says "subscribe".
Even Crave/Startz that I subscribe to at $20 p/m, shows "subscribe".
