Sunday, September 12, 2021 the cable box is rebooting more often than usual and everything is operating as though it were mired in molasses. Push a button for a channel and it takes up to 20 seconds for it to appear on the screen. Try to push channel 57 and it goes to channel 5 and then to channel 7. Everything very very slow. Am I the only one?
My 3510 box has been doing this for 3 days now, a reboot seems to help but should not have to reboot 4 times a day
The Guide seems to be mixed up with labels on left side of screen. Been since Friday the 10th...
@Pierre1 & @jeffyj460 & @Jay22 -- there is another thread on this discussion forum that implies that Shaw had (past tense) a system-wide problem with "sluggish" response.
The recommendation is to disconnect the power-cord from the BlueCurve. Remove the batteries from the remote-control. Wait a minute. Reconnect the power, and insert the batteries. Try again.
