The signal has been getting progressively worse over the past year. It started with defragmentation once and a while then voice blank outs. Then very slow tv guide listings and chanel names in the wrong places.Then stations blanking out all together with three dots at the bottom, then a message with a signal loss. I can understand once and a blue moon but this has been happening alot.. your signal is bad in the past while. Why?

mdk is not robot, he customer of shaw and not an employee. so hope site visit in yur future. i was an customer of bluesky and now ex customer as bluegurve is not a good product. wouldn't commit a 2 year of my life to a something that will fail me. sorry.
