Noticed the sound on this channel is quite statically off and on lately. Why?

Does it happen at a particular time of day (around sunrise or around sunset) ?
How often does it occur?
It happens all day long. Sound keeps clipping. Worse between 5-7pm. No problem on any other channels. I live in South Surrey. I've noticed it for about a week. Other customers have also commented the same thing.
