@arob99  I was referencing the time when Crave started charging extra for Starz when it had been included at no extra charge. This is a fact. Yes, it was part of a plan as well, and I was mistaken, but there were other ways that people subscribed. 

This isn’t my job.

Actually, you can leave at any time. If you subscribe to Telus TV/Internet, they will pay the penalty ($30/month, times the number of remaining months) for breaking your official two-year contract with Shaw. Note that if you are NOT on a two-year Value Plan, or it has ended, then there is no penalty for immediately cancelling.  [If you have Shaw Home Phone, and want to keep your telephone-number when switching to a Telus land-line, be sure to FIRST set up everything with Telus, and let Telus "port" your telephone-number away from Shaw.]
