I still think the CSRs are great once you get through to them but lately that's been a big PITA.

I was convinced to move to Shaw, haven't had the service for 2 months and I have nothing but trouble. Have to reboot once a week, now TV doesn't work. I get the guide, I can delete recorded shows but I can't watch anything. To top it all off - I have to wait till next week to have them fix the issue.
