Called for help, was transferred to SIX tech reps who attempted to fix issue,  was held on call for THREE AND HALF HOURS and final rep introduced himself then never responded again.

Pathetic help-line.

Hi @Deb209 , very sorry to hear of your bad experience with Shaw Support, that is not supposed to be the norm.  Maybe if you explain the problems your having someone on here might be able to help you.  Shaw also has a online chat service and contact thru social media ie. twitter, might have better luck. Here's hoping you can get your issues fixed.  Stay Safe
