Titles of some television programs missing on scheduled recordings

I was having a look at my scheduled recordings and for some upcoming shows, the actual name of the show is missing but just indicates the season and episode number. For example, I'm recording an upcoming episode of Last Week Tonight. Instead of it showing the name of the show in the scheduled recordings, it shows S9 E17. In another situation, it shows no show title, no season or episode; just a blank space. Only when I click on it does it tell me what is being recorded.

I reached out to the chat for assistance and basically, a reset was performed but the problem persists. I was told there was an incident earlier regarding the same issue and it looks like the IT team is still looking into it.

I'm just curious if anyone else is having this issue or has a fix? The individual I chatted with couldn't provide me with anything on why or if this was a widespread issue. The entire process of chatting took almost a full hour and all we did in that time was reset the system and wait for my system to reconnect. The rest of the time was me waiting for a response. I'd rather not go that route again.

I am also seeing that on some of the recordings on my BlueCurve, so it must be a system wide problem. I am doing a system refresh now, but I doubt it will fix the issue.
