TV box loses HDMI signal issue

I have Xi6-A box
keeps losing HDMI input signal
Its like,it does not know how to wake itself up after period of inactivity
there is no specific time period that will cause this
sometimes it can be 6 hours of no use/ or 30
many times it wakes up but seems to be more times of it NOT waking

Any ideas how i can stop this thing from 'sleeping' if that is what is happening ?

Turn of power saver. That will stop the box from going to fully “off” disconnecting from the HDMI cable.

BTW: To restart without pulling the cord,  try remote > A(help). This is a soft reset that is quick and easy.

Glad to hear you are making progress. May I suggest you set the device to “power saver off”, navigate back to home then recycle using the “A key option”. This should set the preference and make sure the power saver stays off.
