I move my tv down stairs where it was before and I can’t get a connection

Please contact Shaw ( www.shaw.ca/chat ) or 1-888-472-2222 to get them to trouble-shoot, i.e., to remotely logon to your Shaw TV box, to check it out.
Have you tried a complete power-off of your Shaw TV box, by disconnecting the AC power-cord, and then reconnecting it ?
