@Pbjcarr , Rogers/Shaw store locations will not accept any equipment returns, all returns must be handled through Canada Post. Since you will need to contact Rogers/Shaw directly to get them to authorize a printable return label, they might be using a different shipping service with the postal disruption and will tell you at that time in this is the case, but since it's now over it's probably back to Canada Post.
