You need to contact (online chat or telephone) Shaw, and get them to trouble-shoot, or maybe to replace the device.

Is that a message from the electronics inside your TV, or is that a message from your Shaw TV box being displayed on your TV screen?
What brand and model of TV do you have? How old is it?
