South east Vancouver - TV has been off all morning. Why?
@wakvale -- I did an online chat with a Shaw Agent, and got the reply:
It seems we are experiencing an outage in whole of British Columbia related to VOD and general TV services in general. We are aware about the situation and have back-end teams working on it.
We will try to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
We do not have an exact time on when it will be resolved, it will automatically resume when it is resolved on our side.
Thank you for your patience.
Nothing, yet, on Shaw's "outages" web-page. Sigh.
@wakvale I am not in Vancouver, but all good in the southern interior and nothing posted on the outage page. You may want to contact Shaw directly.
@g-idk -- for me and you, live TV and Internet are fine.
For me, it is VOD that shows "fail to load content. Try later".
YMMV.
