TV stopped working

My mother in law lives in a senior complex on 44 st and 117 ave and her TV stopped working this afternoon. Is there any outages in that area right now?

I'm not sure if her neighbours TV's are okay or not? I will get my husband to call her and ask her to check with her neighbours. So does Shaw see any problems in that area right now? Has there been any phone calls or inquiries from other people that live in the area? She said that it went down around 2pm today.
