Video dropouts on local HD Channels

The last two or three days I have been getting video dropouts (audio okay) on the local Global and CTV HD channels in Richmond, BC. The frequency of dropouts varies during the day, and varies as to which channel is worse.  The Global HD News channel (BC1) has no issues.

@KjellM -- in the last day or two, I have seen similar comments on this discussion forum, and Grand Master @rstra referred to the "Shaw Outages" web-page that described an outage in your area.
