Should also include SHAW doesn't know when it will get fixed and what caused the problem

@drlamb -- it is curious that no one at Shaw read from their usual script, e.g., "disconnect the power-cord" from your Gateway, wait a minute, reconnect the cord, and let it reboot, then wait a few minutes until VOD is restored, and try again".
VOD is working fine, on my Arris Gateway.
