I've logged into my account and tried to view my current channels but it's opening up blank. Is there a particular reason why? Can someone please fix it?
@slk it may be a browser-related issue. Can you try using a different browser or incognito to see if the channels show up for you?
I've found the same problem I've had I would say 98% of the time...no matter what browser I use same when I go into My Shaw app....the only reason I think it happens is because I use android devices.....that's the only thing I can think of....I've tried clearing cookies etc... everything in the book but still the same problem.....never had the problem with the old website but with the new site it's been an issue....so it must be because I use Samsung/ android devices
