Noticed that a W Channel ad for Outlander, on CNN, is way too loud.

Same W Channel ad, on CNN, Sunday morning 10:58 am Pacific. Quiet. Like normal sound. Thank you Shaw.

It almost blew the windows out of my house.  Ridiculous that someone hasn't attended to this yet. Fix that **bleep** Master Control!

Happened again, 10:28 am Pacific, Saturday. On CNN. It's not the channel, it's an ad for the History Channel that Shaw places into a CNN ad space. I checked CRTC site but their only option is a weekday phone call (due to Covid). I figure it's Shaw that needs to fix this, not a complaint to a bureaucratic body like CRTC, unless Shaw fails to act.

Woke up my grandkids in the next room while I was watching CNN. I thought there was a CRTC regulation about the allowable sound volume for radio and TV adds. If this annoying problem persists next week a formal complaint to the CRTC will be made.

It would likely be the broadcaster (CNN).
