@TERRA5 Try rebooting the box by unplugging the power for 10-15 seconds, then plugging it back in.

Ugggh! I had this after an update. Required a tech visit. Upside The tech was very fast, corrected the problem and even linked my Bose Solo 15 and my TV to the Shaw remote. 👍
Ya I have a tech booked to come out to fix the issue. I haven't even had service for a full month yet 🤨 Thank-you!
@TBDB My BlueCurve was stuck on the welcome screen this afternoon. It was sluggish, so I rebooted and that is when it ended up stuck. Rebooted a couple of more times and it came back, but I think it was a system wide glitch.
did that several times and it still doesn't work

It is not a direct path to Shaw Support. Call 1-888-472-2222 to get help.
It's possible that a service call will be necessary to replace the device. Or, for a replacement device to be shipped, via Canada Post, to you, for self-installation, and return of the current device.
