In Winnipeg it was to the UPS store. Don't even need to box it up - UPS does that for you. Make sure you have your account #
Hey @davee12 you should be able to drop off equipment at the location below. Otherwise, the next closest Shaw retailer is in Kelowna - 2350 Hunter Rd. You can find all of our local Shaw retailers here.

@Barb60 Currently all equipment returns are handled by mail. Get in touch with an agent via Live Messaging and they'll be able to generate a return label for you, so your equipment can be returned via Canada Post.

Can I still return equipment to Rainer’s in Penticton?
@Barb60 -- the previous posting in this thread gave a telephone-number for Rainer's. Is that number still in service? Does anybody answer (during business hours) ? What answer did they give?

This location is no longer valid. Please do not return shaw equipment to this address any longer.
@sergej -- put the equipment into any box that you have that fits, and seal it.
Take it to any Canada Post outlet. They will ship it back to Shaw, and Shaw (not you) pays for the shipping.
The serial-numbers on the Shaw equipment identify that your account is/was associated with the equipment.
Keep the tracking-number receipt, to, if necessary, prove to Shaw that you have returned their equipment.
