I stream tv programs on a desktop. Someone else in the house streams on an ipad via wifi. Neither of us can sign into Global TV's site anymore and it happened at the beginning of August. The Shaw ID worked last month, and no one has changed the password. It keeps saying user or password is invalid, but they are both correct. What's going on? Did something change, and how do we fix it? Thank you!
