Why can't Shaw do the legwork for us all and figure out what channel each sport's team's broadcasts?

The 'record Jets' function for NHL gives me the actual Jets game about 25% of the time. The rest of the time it records the blackout channel, or the Punjabi broadcast. Shaw, that is your job if you're offering us the option to record our sports team. I don't bother using it, I just do what I used to do before, set to record both manually. But why offer a non-functional option?

Hi @cinwpg , this topic is already an active thread here Recording Sports (specifically Winnipeg Jets) - Shaw Support , It states that Shaw is aware of the issue and is looking into the matter.  Hopefully they can come up with something.  Good Luck, Stay Safe.
