Why don't we have the new remote?

See the images I shared. Rogers out east and Xfinity in the US both have the same software/hardware as BlueCurve. Yet they both have a newer sleaker remote. How come Shaw doesn't offer this new remote yet? Is there a reason why Shaw seems to always be a few steps behind everyone else? Seems odd as it's the same exact offering as the other companies. Thanks

 I suspect because Rogers signed on later they have the newest remotes. Shaw probably has a warehouse full of older remotes that need to be used up. I don't think the new version of the remote offers anything better at this time.
