Shaw has changed the CNBC Business Channel and is broadcasting CNBC World instead which are two different channels and they can't figure out how to get it back??????????????

@oddlot62 -- there is a possible that Shaw had a temporary problem distributing the CNBC Business channel. So, rather than showing "nothing", Shaw temporarily substituted a different CNBC feed. Maybe.

Unfortunately, the "first-level" Shaw Agents have limitations on what they can do, and what they can fix. If they were properly and fully trained, they would know how to "open a trouble ticket", and "escalate" the ticket to "senior" support, and give you the ticket-number, so that you can ask about it, later. Simply saying "I don't know" is not acceptable, for any "helpdesk" type of operation.
