@klarocque50 , try rebooting your phone modem if it is a stand alone unit. Unplug power to the unit for 30 seconds and then plug back in and wait for the display lights to fully come on, if you plug your phone into the internet modem do the same procedure but be aware you will lose internet and tv access temporarily while the internet modem reboots, after a reboot and lights are correct then retry the phone.
