Hi @lauriebennie sorry for the long delay in responding, Have you tried unplugging your phone modem wait 30 sec. then plug power back in to force a reboot, wait for all the lights for the modem to activate then try your phone and check for a dial tone. If this does not fix your problem then you will need to contact Shaw Support Directly since this is only a peer to peer help forum. I would recommend that you try the chat function on here to contact Shaw Support Channel directly and explain your situation to them. Hope it all gets fixed for you. P.S.
