Hi @lauriebennie sorry for the long delay in responding,  Have you tried unplugging your phone modem wait 30 sec. then plug power back in to force a reboot, wait for all the lights for the modem to activate then try your phone and check for a dial tone.  If this does not fix your problem then you will need to contact Shaw Support Directly since this is only a peer to peer help forum.  I would recommend that you try the chat function on here to contact Shaw Support Channel directly and explain your situation to them.  Hope it all gets fixed for you.  P.S.  Please never never post any personal information such as your phone number on a public forum, just describe the problems your having.
