Is this feature no longer available or should I contact Shaw to have this feature reset?

Which mobile-phone do you have? (Android? Apple?)
What E-mail program do you use on it? (Mail? Outlook? GMail? other?)
On your phone, is your E-mail program set to "IMAP" or to "POP" protocol?
If you power-off your phone, and then get a friend to send an E-mail to your ID, does it show up on your other computer?
