If you previously registered a device so it could be used with Rogers WiFi Hotspots (formerly known as Shaw Go WiFi), you can manage your devices using the My Shaw website or the My Shaw App (Apple App Store | Google Play Store).

Remove a device using the My Shaw website

To remove a registered Rogers WiFi Hotspots device using the My Shaw website:

  1. Visit my.shaw.ca.
  2. Sign in using your Shaw ID and password.RemoveDevice.jpg
  3. Click My Services and select Internet from the dropdown menu.
  4. Scroll down to Rogers WiFi Hotspots devices.
  5. Click Edit next to the device you want to edit.
  6. Click Remove this device.

  1. Open the My Shaw App.
  2. Tap the menu icon:
    • On an Apple device, tap the three dots (…) in the bottom right corner.
    • On an Android device, tap the three lines (☰) in the top left corner

  3. Tap Rogers WiFi Hotspots Devices.
  4. Tap the device you want to edit.
  5. Tap Remove Device.
