If you previously registered a device so it could be used with Shaw Go WiFi hotspots, you can manage your devices using the My Shaw website or the My Shaw app (Apple App Store | Google Play Store).

Remove a device using the My Shaw website

To remove a registered Shaw Go WiFi device using the My Shaw website:

  1. Visit my.shaw.ca.
  2. Sign in using your Shaw ID and password.
  3. Click My Services and select Internet from the dropdown menu.
  4. Scroll down to Shaw Go WiFi devices.
  5. Click Edit next to the device you want to edit.
  6. Click Remove this device.

Remove a device using the My Shaw app

  1. Open the My Shaw app.
  2. Tap the menu icon:
    • On an Apple device, tap the three dots (…) in the bottom right corner.
    • On an Android device, tap the three lines (☰) in the top left corner

  3. Tap Shaw Go WiFi Devices.
  4. Tap the device you want to edit.
  5. Tap Remove Device.
