200 MB Upload on Original Ignite Internet package

Hi there, has anyone on an original Ignite Package been able to get their modem provisioned for the 200MB upload speed with no price increase or package change? I currently have the 150 up so the area would be good for it but just like last time they upgraded the package name and speed, they wouldn't budge and you had to pay more. It's annoying as just like last time, people who have lower mb download packages, will get the 200 upload.

@Sith -- my previous two-year Value Plan expired about a month ago. I signed-up for another 2 years. I now get:

Relatively close to the 200/100 that is what the Value Plan should be providing.
